Refund Policy

Hi, we're wpOcean and welcome to the wpOcean Market Refund Rules. Because we are a platform, these rules outline what you can expect from the authors of the items you buy.

Before you ask for a refund from an author

If you have purchased an item from our “Web Themes and Templates” or category on wpOcean Market and you are experiencing a technical issue with the item we recommend that you contact the support of that item and seek assistance. Often we’ll be able to help to troubleshoot your problem.

You’ll get the refund, if

  • 1. Item is not as described.
  • 2. Item has a security issue.
  • 3. Item support is not as promised.
  • 4. an item that has not been downloaded yet.

You’ll not get the refund, if

  • 1. You bought an item by mistake.
  • 2. You change your mind.
  • 3. You don’t have enough skills to use the item.
  • 4. If there is an issue with 3rd party plugins/script.
  • 5. Conflicting with 3rd party addon or not working with a 3rd party addon/plugins/script.
  • 6. Your server has a limitation to use our item.
  • 7. The issue you mentioned is not correct.

You are eligible to ask refund when above conditions are matched. Your refund claim is applicable within 30 days of your purchase. Refund is issued within 7 working days after refund
