Once you have downloaded our product, you may contact us for support via the contact form and we will do our best to resolve your issue. We will try to provide a solution via support forum for smaller bug fixes, after which we will update the core product. Theme and plugin support is offered to customers via support forum only. Support requests made by Tweet, Facebook comment or any other method in most cases will be redirected back to the support form.
If your support requires additional modification of the product then you have two options:
